Awesome location and overall the staff was pleasant. Attractive and cosy units by front desk.

The bed was too soft here.

The venue is brand-new, fairly clean and the location is exquisite adjacent to many sights and concert hall & good restaurants. Unique units by front desk. Recommend to stay here.

We stayed here before now ; the staff is understanding, rooms are warm and location is easy. Our room had a quiet bed and an awesome view. Within walking distance of the nice beach. The Irish bar in the hotel had lots of mixed smoothies, juices, beers and tea throughout the day. Lovely base for exploring Grand Rapids.

the staff was warm hearted and we loved continental breakfast. there was a great bar with efficient service. our standard double room was modest with an incredible view. early check-in, late check-out. pet-friendly location, just a short stroll away from a 10834 - seat multi - purpose arena.

It was spotless, staff were caring! Marvellous view, a great balcony, comfy bed, too. I loved having breakfast here, it was perfect. Great service during my fine stay.

The room was good-sized and I loved the original-style building. Neat staff providing superb service. The hotel was spotless and the location was unique;)))

We truly enjoyed this place. Heartside district is a good choice and absolutely worth visiting.

it deserves its 3 stars. european decoration of the room. near to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. in the evening we visited house of wine, set within short walking distance to the hotel.

Quick access to van andel arena and other tourist points. For dinner we visited The Littlebird, set only 500 ft away. Location of the hotel was 10 minutes on foot from Grand Rapids Amtrak railroad station👌

The staff was excellent and assisted us greatly. Handy base for a city break in Grand Rapids! Free Wi-Fi was a welcome feature.
